No Security is not available at all since Universal got the catalog.
Some deals have to be renegociated because off the duets as far as I know.

40 Licks have been replaced by GRRR, and will probably never be re-issued.

40 Licks has been out of print for years. The GRRR! collections essentially replaced it.

Yes, Forty Licks went out of print some years ago. I think it was way before GRRR. 2008 or 2009 when Universal acquired the rights. 2008 had The Stones in a contractual limbo as I recall. They were still under contract with Virgin (I think it was), but used Universal for the Shine A Light soundtrack. They were shopping around for a new contract, and most likely tested Universal with the SAL release.
