Interesting to see the rights to his back catalog have shifted to Jagged Recordings and BMG.

How long before Virgin Records transfers Keith's albums over to Mindless Records and Universal?

Has the rights for the Stones 1972 to 1983 shifted from EMI Music Publishing to Promopub yet?
I assume after the ABKCO fiasco the EMI deal was time limited.

I will check this out...

if you meant Promotone, then you are correct! IORR is copywrited 2009 Promotone B.V.

Promotone owns the master recordings since 1971.
Its the music publishing copyrights which are less clear (for the 1972 to 83 period thst is).

My understanding is Promopub owns the publishing but EMI administers the rights for them.

Incidentally the new 2015 version of THE VERY BEST OF MICK JAGGER on Spotify, Amazon Digital and other sites has deleted four tracks for licensing purposes: "Memo From Turner," "Don't Look Back," "Dancing in the Street," and "Old Habits Die Hard." All four tracks are available as digital downloads on other releases.

Memo from Turner is presumably published by ABKCO as it was written during their era?

It is, but the recording is available on the PERFORMANCE soundtrack (Warners Bros.), THE SINGLES COLLECTION (ABKCO/Universal), and SINGLES 1968-1971 (ABKCO/Universal). Looks like Jagged Recordings didn't want to pay unnecessary licensing rights for the digital release. Incidentally, BMG administers the ABKCO catalog and the Promopub catalog as well for Jagger-Richards since 2013.

Interesting, given that BMG and ABKCO have been at loggerheads (legal) in the past!
