Nice, for 13 euros. But the info is not totally correct: they played both Dead Flowers and Brown Sugar already during the 1970 tour.

indeed, brown sugar debuted live on stage at altamont so their info is totally wrong!

So far I only see the Blu-ray with CDs. I'd prefer just the Blu-Ray at the same price point as Hampton.

I'm not sure that listing is right. My understanding is that the Blu ray doesn't include a CD,unlike the DVD/CD package.

Thanks.

Strange, the mix of these snippets. Way worse than the MR snippet and complete Dead Flowers on YouTube from the same Marquee DVD.

Marquee DVD/CD Combo Issue
Posted by: 24FPS ()

I was looking to pre-order the Marquee on Blu Ray and I kept looking and looking but could only find it in a DVD/CD Combo. What a rip off. I'm looking for the cheapest, highest quality product because let's face it, there ain't that much to the concert itself. Now they won't let up buy this minor product without paying for a CD I don't want?

I found what seems to be a lone DVD here.

Hope this helps.

at last I have the Marquee official release with Brussels cd 3 and 3. And the Brussels stones archive.
Is there a japanese version sounding better ? did someone rip the vinyls in case the sound would be superior ?

The Ward records vinyl of Marquee sounds very good. Good pressing as well. I mean you can't spruce it up too much, there were issues with the recording. But this is a good sounding vinyl. You can get it as a box set with Brussels.

Is that really a different pressing than that of Eagle Rock? That one sounds good.

The main issue with the Marquee show is the performance, though, imo.

I don't think Eagle rock has a vinyl out for Marquee? Does it? I was strictly answering about how the vinyl pressing sounded.

The official release is Eagle Rock/Universal.

I think Ward is a distributor. I might be wrong, though.

Licensed to Ward, to manufacture it in Japan, then? Eagle is collaborating with Ward on this release, apparently.

My Marquee vinyl is licensed to Eagle/Universal

My Brussels is the Stones and Bravado.

Interesting title for track 5 after all these years!
Also nice to see "Rolling Stones Records" on a label again.
