Thanks for the report back! Nearly half of the songs Mick Taylor originally played on. Here's hoping he gets 1 or 2 more songs. I always get my hopes up but...

What they rehearse and play are usually two different things.Lets hope they don't play it safe and do the usual warhorses.Set lists have become rather boring and predictable to say the least.Hope they follow the example of Dylan and radically alter stuff.

you do not appreciate Ronnie's killer solo on the lap steel when the stones do happy ?Quote
DoomandGloom
Happy, Born To Make Me Run, You Got The Silver, those are the money songs for KR. Taylor should play rhythm on Happy when they do it, Ronnie's part doesn't help Keith much. Can't be Seen, is not as good a song.

6 ? I make it 8 :
- Ain't To Proud To Beg (IORR)
- Angie (bit) (GHS)
- Sway (with Mick Taylor) 2x (SF)
- Silver Train 3x (GHS)
- If You Can't Rock Me (IORR)
- Loving Cup (EOMS)
- Dead Flowers (SF)
- Shine A Light (EOMS)
That's a nice round 2 per MT-involved album in 1971-4Not sure which tracks he played on in LIB - Brian certainly did a few.

Taylor is not on Ain't Too Proud To Beg and Loving Cup, Gregor.
He only played on Country Honk and Live With Me on Let it Bleed. Brian probably only played autoharp on You Got The Silver and (supposedly) some drum on Midnight Rambler.

I think he's referring to the Taylor era + 1 on LIB. That makes it 9 for Taylor, 2 for Brian and 6 for Ron.

Heart Of Stone was done 2 or 3 times live on The Licks Tour 2002, including the Clubshow in Toronto Palais Royal august 16, 2002.

I'm not sure if he did
LIB is "Taylor Era"?

Anyone seen Charlotte, Charlies' grand daughter around town or the hotel area ?
She was always around on the Europe tour.
Could usually see her having a ciggy outside the hotel.

I'm not suprised. In the run up to the Oslo show, she was pretty much a permanent fixture outside Grampy's Hotel, chain smoking. She was frequently asked by autograph hunters and photographers about Charlie but, quite rightly, was having none of it. A crowd of several IORRians, (including me and Crawdaddy) gathered across the road and saw her plus Mick Taylor and some of the crew going in and out. IIRC Crawdaddy scooped some pics with Chuck!
Inside the Teleonor on showday she walked around the inside of the catwalk taking shots of the crowd in the minutes leading up to showtime.

Makes me wonder what actually is the cash value of a signature of a Rolling Stone child/grandchild... One of those things I really can't understand in fandom of the Rolling Stones, making such a big deal about their offspring. Anyway, nice to hear that the girl in question has some of the dignity of her grandfather, unlike, say, the Richards girls who seem to love so much the attention and spotlight provided by their dad among the Rolling Stones fans.
