" Bitch " would make more sense in Australia or New Zealand or maybe Singapore .
They have played " Bitch " in Tokyo EACH year that they have performed there (in Tokyo) at least once .... except for the 1995 tour of Japan .

I agree. I voted for " Silver Train " !! It was an easy choice for me.
I do like " When the Whip Comes Down " but considering that " Silver Train " has not been performed in concert since 1973 .... and only 2 or 3 times in Europe at that .... plus the presence of Taylor makes it an easy choice.
I don't believe that " Respectable " has ever been played in Tokyo. They did not get any 1978 or 1999 concerts , obviously . Maybe they will do it at one of the shows but,the first order of business should be " Silver Train " !!
They should do a reverse vote: Here's five or six songs we're going to do, what's the one that might cause you to have a violent, negative reaction to hearing live?

Hmmmm...well, they're dragging Taylor along and I suspect they aren't keen on being locked into doing Sway and/or CYHMK every third show. Also suspect they realize how silly it is just to put Taylor on MR and Satisfaction throughout the tour... so pure speculation on my part, and perhaps wishful thinking, but I'm going to guess we'll see ST and Heart Breaker dusted off a couple times.
I actually feel a bit guilty about voting for it, since I'm not actually going to be at the show. But I feel guilty about a lot worse things, so what the heck!
This only serves to show that Chuck's assertion that he keeps a list of what was played in what city as BS. Well, maybe he actually does keep a list but Mick ignores it.

It's the same with All Down The Line in Norway. They always play it - doesn't matter if they didn't do it on other dates of the tour

The ironic thing is that most 'modern' Stones fans won;t be even aware that a song called Silver Train exists...it lurks on an album which is not classed as one of their classics and was never a staple song on any of the tours. Consequently only die hard Stones fans will vote for it. Having said that, I've done my bit and voted for it and really hope it gets played and importantly isn't a huge disappointment.

Have voted for Silver Train but doubt that it will happen as the online song vote always appears to have been pre-determined when the Stones announce the winner.
As they have been rehearsing Silver Train and the stones board votes for this song is high then perhaps it will be featured after all !

Ive actually seen Silver train performed twice. I saw The Black Crowes play it at SPAC during the Furthur Tour many years ago and i saw Johnny Winter play it at Toad's Place. It's only right the true masters perform it led by the great Mick Taylor himself!!!
