there are clips of Mick with a telecaster in here (1:30) but not Micawber, or at least I dont think it is that guitar...

I think the clip Johnh attached is just that from 25x5 from the "writing" of Mixed Emotions.At least the very same session.

Micawber can be very easily identified by the the missing black dot inlay on the 17th fret. So watch out for this and you'll spot the REAL Micawber.

The 17th fret marker dropped out the night before the Manchester show on the 40 Licks Tour. that would be September 4th, 2003.
