He never would of toured because he won't fly anymore maybe he just wanted to play the whole time for the shows he did play at. But again he wasn't gonna tour outside Europe so really I don't know why he started complaining.

He should have never quitted the band after being a member during 30 years.

Because Bill wanted to play more then just a few songs.
If it was a special night to bring him back Bill wanted to be more

I don't think he ever wanted to play on the entire tour.
