The Beatles have never played an authentic blues

I hate to say this, but I can think of any number of bands who covered many different styles such as those listed above, many of them bands I don't even like much or am not particularly interested in. The most obvious ones that come to mind are Queen (who I do like) and Zeppelin (who I love and who covered all the above-listed genres and more on only 8 albums), but then there's U2, REM, Pearl Jam . . .

They may have dabbled a bit in different genres but they didn't own them like the stones do. Same with covers. Stones nail them every time whether its covers genres and making them all sound as if they were the originators. The Stones are also the best rock band at performing the blues as well. They get it like no others I think. Real blues that is. Zeppelin did not play the real deal blues. They were just bluesy.
U2, REM, and Pearl Jam?
I'll just stop.

I submit the following data as only some of the evidence for the above assertion. I have listed as many music categories as I could think of. This does not cover all of the great Stones classics such as Brown Sugar and She was Hot.
Psychedelic-2000 Light Years From Home
Country Rock-Dead Flowers
Slow Country-Far Away Eyes
Instrumental-2120 South Michigan Avenue
Rock Cover-Down the Road Apiece
Classic Blues Cover-Love in Vain
Original Blues-Down in the Hole
Rap-Anybody Seen My Baby
Reggae-Dance
Romantic Ballad-Angie
Soulful Ballad-Following the River
Jazz-Rain Fall Down
Generation Y-Doom and Gloom

Yes. I don't know of any band or artist that is capable of owning any and all genres.

I dare anyone to name any other rock group that is as versatile as the Stones, using these 13 categories. Phish maybe?
