Woody Allen said that when he started out in stand up and Broadway acting/writing the reviews wouldn't extend from much beyond New-York-area publications. But when he started making movies he was shocked at all the reviews from across the whole country and the world.

A lot of reviewers seem to be struggling to find adjectives for Keith's music,
but this one resorted to "snaggletoothed". Really?!

i haven't had a chance to read a lot of the reviews in the last 24 hours... are they positive?

10 years ago i was sure there would never be another keith solo album
i am beyond excited to hear the rest of the album on friday and see the movie!

There's a site Metacritic that compiles album reviews, sort of like Rotten Tomatoes does with their movie reviews. Currently Crosseyed Heart is at 77 with 8 reviews. (One of the reviews is a 60)

With the CD version I've also pre-ordered MP3 version of CH (just in case I can't find time to get a CD on friday), the Google Store on my cellular say : "available on thursday 17th". I hope that's true, it's 11:06PM there (France)

You really should listen to "sunbather" though. It's a fairly spectacular record.

Got an email from Best Buy that my order has shipped! Hope they are sending me the CD with the bonus track. I don't need one without it, I've got one of those coming from Keith's site. Don't really trust that it isn't going to be screwed up.

It would be really nice to have a 7" vinyl single with bonus track as b-side.
Better yet, a 12" with extended versions.

My Best Buy arrived today. I'll be premiering tomorrow!! BTW bonus cut is just over 3 minutes

The album finally leaked on the internet with good quality, just 1 day before the release date, not bad at all.

I like the album, great mastering, I only heard it on speakers but it dosn't sound so loud as ABB.
The ballads are great with Just A Gift as standout and Heartstopper is killer.

Ok. I need more time before I can have my idea about the album.

But Illusion is simply brilliant, it has got something of Nick Cave's The Boatman's Call and it is enough.

This is so exciting!! I love reading the flood of interviews. Now I just have to wait for Amazon UK to get their act together and send me Crosseyed Heart

just looked at my tracking order and the cd with bonus LOVE OVERDUE from BEST BUY is out for delivery today so I should have it by 3pm EST in USA. Guess Im leaving work early today. After reading the reviews, Im really psyched about this album

Exciting times! Shame it's coinciding with everything else in my life being so busy (got loads of album reviews and interviews, etc posted up here to catch-up on)....but I'm determined to make time to have a proper listen to the CD when it arrives - hopefully tomorrow!
