The band's playing great on this tour. That's what I mean. I'm enjoying every show thanks to tweets from fans, videos on youtube and excellent audience recordings generously shared on this board... And I'm very thankful to those being able to attend the shows and sharing their experiences so that I can have a glimpse at the tour...

Something is odd. This is the guy who said he's been in the pit for every show on the tour - for a guy who thinks they have a "tin sound" all tour, that's a lot of time wasted. Who else has been in the pit for most of the shows? Know this fellow?

Just heard from insiders - Chuck is the biggest obstacle letting Mick T participate on more songs. He is afraid of not being able to destroy Stones songs with his plink, plink - just listen to SFM, why not having Taylor guitar in stead of Chuck's plink, plink??Quote

Yeah I guess it's easy to take all this good stuff for granted after a while but you stop and think of it it's amazing!
PS - no plans to go to Hyde Park this summer? I think there'll be a good group of IORRians over there ;-)

Looking at the videos so far (from the safety of my laptop) looks like a great show. I could do without Emotional Rescue and of course would like more Taylor! Good version of YGMR and SFM sounded grrreat.

Fun if somewhat uneven Stones show last night. Tour debut of Angie and Street Fighting Man (the internet vote choice). The song choice with Carrie was rather bizarre too although I must admit she held own. At least from what I could hear from the ear bleedingly loud and rather muddy soup of a PA. So thankful I remembered my earplugs. Strangely enough, MT only came out for MR and Satisfaction unlike the four songs he played on at the last LA show. Our seats ended up being side stage in the upper deck 2 rows from the roof. Horrid. Long story short we ended up getting a "relo" relocation to better seats and ended up in the lower bowl 2/3 of the way back and 2/3 of the way up. Great seats. And a nice score. I look forward to seeing them again in a little less then two weeks when they return to TO.

24FPS - Swai IS an obscure song except for the diehards on this board. CYHMK is not its on the classic rock stations frequently at least in New England. I think MT is being under utilized too but these are still good shows without him playing. SFM above is pretty darn good.

Unbelievable.
I suffered through these posts and similar for the entire show just to see if there was going to be ANY praise for the band he claims to be a fan of... but, sadly, no.
Next time, I'll check a FAN site for reports..

Last night was AMAZING! I ended up getting a pair of $85's on eBay yesterday at 1 AM for $300 from a guy who had $85's for himself and another group of friends. His friends were taking forever to get to the venue, so he convinced the people working the $85 table to let us in while he waited for his other couple. He also gave us our pick of which pair of tickets we wanted for putting up with the waiting bullshit (It was 7:30 when we finally went in, don't know how much longer he had to wait), and we got PIT!!! 
So amazing to think that 24 hours before the gig we didn't even know if we would be going and then we ended up getting on the barrier in the pit on Keith's side!
I took some really great pics which I'll be posting also

If a show is Mailed in, I guess that's better than being phoned in. Sending something in the mail requires more effort.
