Bleed has great songs on it: Shelter, Can't Always Get What You Want, Rambler, LIV for instance. But their performance is poor in my ears. Keith did a great job, but he couldn't fill it all and they missed another guitarist (let's call him Taylor).
Sticky contains also great songs: Sway, Knocking, DF, MM, WH for instance. But they are performed much better, thanks to two guitarists. So SF is the better album. But they are both great of course.

Which is it?
Let It Bleed:
Gimmie Shelter
Love in Vain
Country Honk
Live With Me
Let It Bleed
Midnight Rambler
You Got the Silver
Monkey Man
You Can't Always Get What You Want
Sticky Fingers:
Brown Sugar
Sway
Wild Horses
Can't You Hear Me Knocking
You Gotta Move
Bitch
I Got The Blues
Sister Morphine
Dead Flowers
Moonlight Mile
And for those of you who favor Exile On Main Street, if Let It Bleed and Sticky Fingers were a double album, which would you then chose?
I'll go with Let It Bleed and the Let It Bleed/Sticky Fingers combo

gimme shelter / brown sugar - gimme shelter
love in vain / sway - love in vain is so much better, sway is cool but love in vain is a classic
country honk / wild horses - country honk, wild horses is a teen ballad sleazy
live with me / can't you hear me knocking - live with me is better but the second part of knockin is of course great
let it bleed / you go ta move - let it bleed of course although you gotta move was really great in 1975/76
midnight rambler / bitch - rambler of course, bitch is a good rocker but rambler is a masterpiece
you got the silver / i got the blues - you got the silver is a great great song, I got the blues is pure crap
monkey man / sister morphine - monkey man, sister morphine is pointless, filler
YCAGWYW / dead flowers - YCAGWYW is a classic, a masterpiece. dead flowers is a cool filler and a really nice moment in 1972, not bad but a joke compared to YCAGWYW
Moonlight Mile - Moonlight Mile

I was listening to Miles Davis yesterday, the "In A Silent Way"-album. On track #2 (there are only two tracks), all of a sudden the very same theme from CYHMK appears, out of nowhere This is clearly a Miles-jam, all improvised. Since Miles came with this album first, I really start to wonder how improvised the Stones's take was...

idering "Let It Bleed" was pretty much a planned and constructed LP and "Sticky Fingers" is more a "hodgepodge" collection of songs that just happened to be used on one record.

Sticky Fingers.
If LIB and Sticky were a double album, then Exile would not be able to match it.
Exile has a few good things on it, but I think it's full of castoffs that were not good enough for LIB and Sticky in the first place.

Love In Vain and Country Honk take Let It Bleed down a notch. I LOVE "Love In Vain" from GYYYO though.Always skip Country Honk.
Never skip anything from Sticky Fingers.
