I vote for the El Muchacho. All 3 nights.

you da man! anyone can ask for the first two shows, but it take a real stones fan to demand the band release the rarely-discussed third show...that is truly the holy grail. i congratulate you.

"I vote for the El Muchacho"

For the 3rd (secret) show the name of the venue was "El Borracho".

the three-show set should be dubbed the el triocombo...or something.

As Hampton, El Cucumber, Atlantic City and LA are all in continent of North America, that may prove difficult...

+ they recorded lots of 75 tour dates . .

I wonder who are the people responsible and working for this Archiv project and who is doing the tape research. With the Stones a lot of tapes have been lost and/or ruined over the years.

For years people on this board have MOANED about not having tracks from "the vaults" or other live shows mastered and released officially by the band. Now they are doing that and here you are again COMPLAINING - get over yourselves, enjoy what they release or don't buy it.

The band and label must look at this fan-site (...) and wonder, "why did we bother".

I'm going to stick with 'since I didn't get Brussels I'm not going to start complaining now' bit. I understand the want of some shows by people, which makes sense, and even though I didn't get Brussels it does seem that they have some interest in what they're doing quality wise so, I dunno, give it a while yet.

I could see them releasing something from 1981-82 in the sense of there's a lot that was left off of Still Life. Sure it's possible that there could be songs on this bootleg release that are on Still Life but I'm guessing they won't be edited down, that it might be an entire show.

It would be nice to have a show from 1989 late in the tour - they were playing more new songs at that point. That would be the only reason for me to consider getting it really.

I'll probably get Brussels at some point. I do wish that these would be released on CD though.

"The upcoming release"
Notice they didn't write "upcoming show". So my guess is it'll be a composite of perfs. And logically they'd cover 75 before 77.

I'm already hearing Aaron Copland's intro! Yeah! >grinning smiley<

I'm a fan of the '75 tour, but Detroit is one of my leaset favorite shows. I'll hold out hope for LA July 9th or 13th, or Fort Collins or Seattle.

Of course, I'm not really convinced they'll proceed chronologically, so..we'll see.
