While I do have an eye for some of my stones collectible vinyl to go up in value, for most of the rest I'm just thrilled to collect the great music.
The jazz records especially are so well kept from the golden age...the aficionados really treated their prized possessions very well.
Pretty much, a recording with "duck and cover..." and then you hide under your desk. Creepy.

Don't do the dishes for two reasons.
1. It will make her feel like she's needed if you leave them for her to do.

It is in pristine condition and was issued in 1962...I don't feel worthy, especially after picking this up for about $3...it's ridiculous what used LPs in this condition can be worth.

OK, I thought I'd resurrect this old thread because I'm back at the airport in Toronto, 2 MORE hours to kill to my flight, and half way into my second 22 oz cream ale.

Still at work, enjoying the blissful silence, after just dismissing twenty-two boisterious, hormonal middle school students...just me and the cleaning crew. I'm writing emails and lesson plans, they are cranking up the Spainish radio station and the vacuums.

Now that JJ'O'L has brought up the subject, when is everyone carving their pumpkin this year.
One year I created a 'stonesish' jack-o-lantern using a red pepper cut in the shape of a tongue, and shoved in the mouth and a wig.
