Maybe they are paying attention, "open/release the vaults" has been screamed for years. Seeing/hearing high quality "Stones 78 live" is going to be awesome. Thank you for the link.

Since Eagle Vision was producing a SOME GIRLS documentary DVD earlier this year, I'd hold off about the validity of the Amazon listing for a DVD/CD package until there's a press release issued.

I'm thinking a 2-DVD set is more likely. Amazon pre-order listings often have minor errors and since the Stones and Eagle Vision didn't do a LADIES AND GENTLEMEN CD, I doubt it will happen here.

Logically, any CD would have to come through UMG/Interscope/Polydor and since there's a separate release for SOME GIRLS DELUXE in the offing, I'd suspect the 2-disc release is the unreleased concert film packaged with the newly-produced documentary.

Just curious or paranoid. why does the label say Eagle vision instead of Eagle Rock?

Awesome! This is huge for me since I am first and foremost a lover of the Stones as captured in live performance to DVD. I rarely listen to CD's of the Stones, but can't get enough of their live performances. Going to be a Happy and thunderous Thanksgiving this year!

There are many nice audio boots from 78, Handsome/Gorgeous Girls, A summer Romance, Lacerated, Garden State, out on bail...to name a few, so we haven´t exactly missed that much when it comes to audio recordings. The big news here is that they are releasing the complete Fort Worth gig on DVD/Blu-ray and that is fantastic since there are so extremely little video material from 78.
