Howdy, folks!
Mice, methinx Mick had better not wag his thang at me beak ... I'll throw 'im a Charlie!
Yep, I read "Life". Fun read. Hardened take on Stones history, as others here have thought. Particularly on Brian. He had it coming, though. His version does contradict some of Bill's notions. Perty much destroyed Spanish Tony's musings too.
Next up, I'm reserving Phelge's Stones memoir, "Nankering with The Stones", from the local library. Promises to be funnier than Keith, who wasn't nearly as funny as he is in interviews.
Speaking of great interviews, did Garcia ever publish a book? Love or hate The Dead, the man had a natural ease with people, and funny as all out. Even his recollections on Altamont are funny, for such an unpleasant evening. "It was like a fine day in Hell ..." !!!
Great song Max. Welcome newbie.Quote
