Hullo,

Please listen to Hiatt´s last album: Dirty jeans.
Been a fan since 1985, seen him live many manytimes. This is one of his best albums.
Give it a listen and enjoy
Bye

Thanks, I am going to pick it up. I just started getting into him. The band I play in, we do Paper Thin, love that song!

He's been pretty hit and miss the last few years though he does seem to rise to the occasion every time he signs with a larger label.

Sounds cliche, but its his best in a long while.
Almost every song is a winner. "Damn This Town" which is the one he's pushing is actually the weakest song on the whole thing.

Best:
Til I Get My Loving Back
I Don't Wanna Leave You
New York Had Her Heart Broke

That last one is a great song he wrote about 9/11 back in 2002. He's been playing it live since back then. I guess he thought it would be nice to finally release it on the 10 year.

Great CD though.

Hiatt's still getting it done, for sure.

Saw him for the first time recently with Lyle Lovett; just the two on stage all night sharing songs and stories. Very good show.

Thanks for the update. I thought the new album looked good.
We used to do Slow Turning, The kids are banging in the back like Charlie Watts.
Got to love that line!
I always thought Paper Thin was his homage to the Stones.
I've seen him twice, great shows!
