I don't know about that specifically but I can tell you this much - the Main Offender tour was KILLER! No lack of success there! That was a gargantuanly dynamite show and possibly THE BEST rock'n'roll show I've ever witnessed.

Totally agree that the Main Offender tour (and album, for that matter) was killer. I wasn't around then, but the videos I've seen are breathtaking, especially any version of Gimme Shelter from this period.
For anyone interested in what the Winos are doing, Charley Drayton is about to commence a 2-month tour in October/November with Australian band Cold Chisel (any of you non-Aussies who haven't heard of them, you are missing out big time), whose drummer of 35 years passed away earlier this year.
Whether that is any indication that Keith isn't doing anything, I don't know.
For what it's worth, I would LOVE a new Keith solo album and would probably prefer that over a new Stones album.
