Only a guess as an outsider, I would say that Mick but not Keith has probaly met Prince Andrew but again only a guess but I'm thinking you meant Prince William & Kate Middleton. Possibly Mick has been introduced and compared notes on the weather as is an Englishman's want but again I reckon not Keith (By mutual consent) but partied...? I would bet No. Maybe Elizabeth Jagger copped an invite along the way to one of Prince Harry's famous do's and met William in passing...but as I say that's only my guess.......
I seriously doubt that Mick Jagger has ever met any living member of the royal family other than Prince Charles.

Actual transcript of Royal Conversation:
Prince William: It's all set now, Mum. Sir Mick Jagger will be invited to our Royal Wedding.
Queen Mother: The Devil you say! Out of the question!
Prince William: I have told Kate and she really has her heart set on Mick attending the Wedding. He has also agreed to perform Lady Jane, dedicating it to her. Kate swoons every time she hears that song.
Queen Mother: Mick Jagger will not be attending and he will be forcibly escorted out of the Cathedral if he is so bold to show his face. I still haven't forgiven him for his drug use, and he once even tried to put some moves on Lady Diana. Fortunately, we were able to hush that up.
Prince William: It is our wedding, Queen Mother, and Sir Mick shall be attending. Anything else would be perceived as being a snub, especially since Sir Elton will be attending.
Queen Mother: If you do that, William, I will have no choice but to make the Prince Andrew the King, not you, as I had previously promised you.
Prince William: Okay, Queen Mother, you win this time. But you have really disappointed both Kate and me with your insistence.
Queen Mother: So be it. Now let us proceed with the wedding.
Prince William walks resignedly out of the room.

ineedadrinkfirst of all, a wedding isn't supposed to be about being cool. it's a celebration with your family and friends.Quote

Dear Gazza and Hansue,
Thank you for pointing out the need for clarification.
I think they are uncool because they chose Macca and Elton John. If they were going to pick musicians of that generation, the Stones would at least be a much cooler choice.
and second, mick jagger hasn't been cool in a long, long time. have you seen the shoes he wears today? have you seen the kneepads he wore on stage in the 80s? his cool days are long gone.
