I recall seeing a story very similar to this about a year ago. Ironically, I believe the designer of this facility is a woman, no?

The similar story was about the urinal in the Stones-Fan-Museum in Lüchow, Germany (Lüchow is located in Wendland, eastwards the half way between Hamburg and Brunswick).

Why so serious...I think this is funny. It's not offensive; actually it's complimentary IMO. It's just art, you know. Do the Stones or Jagger find that they're being exploited? I'm sure they'd probably think it was hilarious.
