Don't know about the worst, if 25 takes us back to '85-they were one game away from the finals in '93 (Kerry Fraser's admitted blown call on Gretzky's high stick on Gilmour in Game 7 haunts us to this day) and a game away in 2003 against Carolina. Post-lockout? Awful, no question. Worst team in the last 25 years? Disagree. How about the Islanders?

Maybe I was over the top. Post lock out yes. Being a Sabres fan has it's downs also.

Yeah, just off the top of my head, in the last 25 years, I'd say the Blues, Columbus, and L.A. have also been worse, although they're all certainly better now. But man, does my club suck right now and it's particularly tough here in B.C. where hating the Leafs is a full-time gig for most people.

Yeah, and it's too bad because it prices a lot of families/normal folks out of the picture. Less suits at ACC would be nice and give it more atmosphere, too.

You can't win all the time, but at least, they are Canadians, the roots of hockey....and Sundin comes from Djurgårdens IF, my Team...smoking smiley

No, I'm serious, it's not. Lacrosse is officially our national summer sport and hockey our winter sport. Don't know where you got curling from unless you were trying to be funny.

That Pittsburgh/NY Islanders game the other night where the Pens goalie punched the NY goalie once was hilarious!

Look out, Sabres have a new owner with unlimited resources and proclaimed on Tuesday that winning Stanley Cups is not a goal but a belief.

Watch out for the Sabres!!!
