I liked that more than I thought I would before seeing it - a spirited performance.

Never really paid much attention to Keith Urban. Took him as just another country-pop singer, but he knows how to work with good material.

I'm impressed - pretty faithful version, a little swagger, he sings it his way. And I love how he, at least it sounds like it to me, either screwed the words up here and there or just sang different words. His solo was interesting.

Nice end - watching the Cumberland rise....

I love the idea of showing respect to the Stones´ work.

I thought it pretty good, all the performers seemed to be into it, thumbs up.
Urban was one of many musicians who lost a load of equipment in the flood.

That is pretty much what I thought...he did a pretty nice homage to Keith with that solo too.

agree it was good, the ending 'watching the cumberland rise' wasn't as cheesy as it could've been, and one of the girl-props behind the band knew the words - that's nice to see.

ku did gimme shelter a few years back, at one of the earth day events, no?

I believe that 2 of the 3 back-up singers are from LITTLE BIG TOWN(1st and last one). Just thought you'd like to know.........

fantastic; them cats NAILED the gits. it's a GIT thing after all. he done great. great live mix. great performances....drummer's tongue tee is a hoot. an honest to goodness hoot. they had groove sufficent heat. kudos. country clean but smacking hard. git sounds fantastic; inspired monster sounds erupting into keith homage courtesy of stinging berry licks.... nashville meets australia meets UK miracle workers. the stones make some of the best American country music i can imagine. it ROLLED and it rocked. and it was fun.

must admit, i expected more.....is keith urban just a haircut? not much voice.
i like country music...and obviously knew of KU but never really gave him a listen.
casey james (American Idol) would've done equal or better.

You know something Keith Urban hes a New Zealander and was living in Australia and completely unknown here.It wasnt until he married Nicole Kidman that he got some sort of recognition here..I had never heard on him.

That's exactly what happened to me after I married Nicole Kidman.

He did a good job on that if you ask me. Nice to see Chuck there too.

i still don't know what andy js means.

i've known of KU for years...i'm aware that he's married to Nicole Kidman and that
he's a recovering alcoholic..and that he's from Austrailia (I think)...and that he's an extremely popular
country artist...but I had never sat down and listened to one of his CDs. He grooved
the song but his voice wasn't special. All i said was that I "expected more"....and wondered if
he was more popular for his looks than his voice.....same question about Sheryl Crow.
