And one of my alltime favourites:
Lady-o-Lady by the German band TRIO ("Da Da da" )
Great stratocaster riff, great
drumsound, great harmonies. No bass.

INXS singer was a copy of Jagger.

I always felt he was trying to be Jim Morrison.

The Deadstring Brothers sound alot like the Stones.

When those sus'es come in at the right place every time (in this kind of country rock), it gets less powerful and the effect of it gets lost along the way, imo.

This band reminded me of the Georgia Satellites.

I can't remember but I think I've already posted this in another thread. Anyway, here's a very well known guy in Brazil playing a song that sound a lot like a Stones song:

Normaltown Flyers doing some Stonesy country (lead sounds similar to lead in "Dead Flowers").

Our very own 5-string on guitar and vocals! Nice job, Brian!

The intro of "Bohemian like You" (Dandy Worhols) is clearly "Brown Sugar" 's intro. And, speaking about Primal Scream, i think that "Loaded" is based on the rhythm of SFTD.

An absolutely great song. I have the vinyl. Always tricks people into thinking it's the real deal.
