Mick has written that Sympathy was inspired by the Russian classic novel The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov. Stones Concert Monday nite-You Can't Always Get What you Want-with a choir and the original arrangement, pretty awesome. Gimmie Shelter--they played my favorite song. There is just something very special seeing Jumping Jack Flash live by them. Glad I saw them one more time, might be the last.

I'm meeting some old friends downtown for dinner then we are going to the concert. This will be concert number 4 for me, and they seem to sound better with age.
