Quotemarianna Every Stones country song sounds like a parody, including DF. Gram was too sincere about his country influences to write or co-write this song, IMO. Completely agree here.

QuoteDandelionPowderman Quote24FPS QuoteDandelionPowderman QuoteRockingLonestar It is not an outstanding performance. More an average one. But it is nice to have an intimate club gig from 1971 in that outstanding technical quality.Especially compared to the average technical qualitiy of "Ladies and Gentleman...." From what I've heard from this tour, I'd say that Roundhouse w

Quotestone4ever QuoteMizzAmandaJonez Spot on: "it's mostly because of him never practicing guitar anymore" Adding age and a few other variables... Its gets better every show, with some changes show by show more subtle, but if this was a 40 show tour, he'd be in prime shape by show #30... This. Plus of course don't forget the Stones only play an average of 2

QuoteDandelionPowderman QuoteRaiseTheKnife I think Ronnie should play the solo on SFTD, I imagine it would be great. It's such a lackluster opener for a concert when it's starts with a weak solo. It doesn't start with a weak solo. Good call although can ronnie do it?

Quoteerad Quotestone4ever And oh yeah DP that is a fine lick from Keith on YCAGWYW Love it, didn't think he still had it in him. Are you satisfied Keith is not going deaf now, i thought he was responding well to questions in recent interviews, a sure sign he's hearing well, and lets be honest the Stones play LOUD, you would have to be very hard of hearing not to hear whats being playe

QuoteDandelionPowderman QuoteRaiseTheKnife QuoteDandelionPowderman I don't know this, but I have my ideas. If you don't hear well, you won't play or sing well. I don't know how much he plays between tours, but I doubt he sits down daily with a ''practice schedule'' between tours nowadays. Bad hearing can be a factor, but if you know the key and the sc

QuoteDandelionPowderman Some people (Even Dean Goodman) said that Keith turned up and added nothing to the show. Well, that's their opinion. Who am I to argue with that? For me, this was (surprisingly, I must add) one of the highlights of the Hamburg-show: The is Keith 2017 in a nutshell! He cannot play JJF, Brown Sugar and his big signature songs amymore (well he tries to

QuoteAnitapal82 Keith can't play guitar anymore, lets face it. Arthritis or age or hitting his head. It's over people. I love the band as much as anyone but he can't do it. Watching recent shows is excruciating , I am embarrassed for him . It time to retire gracefully. Most songs now he is simplifying his part until it's virtually non existent.
