Why is it for example so difficult for Ronnie to end the guitar solo from Sway in the right moment? Just listened to a recording from Tokio 2006 where Ronnie did play the solo to long. It shouldn't be that hard as the song is clearly structured and not that difficult to play (if properly rehearsed)

I think most of us would agree that it was not a very intelligenty chosen header BV! But is is nice for us as diehard fans to discuss setlists and their music. And not only to say "great, they played Brown Sugar today!"

How many shows have you been to in your life Kenno? I think there is a difference in appreciation if you've seen many shows in your life, then say 4 shows at the last two world tours.

It was on the list but they jumped straight to Satisfaction as the only encore That could very well had to do with the weather (rain) during the concert. I remember that during a concert at The Hague (1998 I believe) they cancelled Waiting On A Friend.

Sorry, but this is an okay setlist for me. I would be more then happy with this, if I was in Halifax or anywhere). Monkey Man, You Got The Silver, etc. but they should play more ABB songs though.

Does anyone have the 13 min version with keith on vocals? I had it on tape (recorded from vinyl boot) I think it was recorded during undercover sessions, but I'm not shure.

just to name two tracks which are easily better than some tracks on Metarmophosis, and thus ready for release imo are Goodbye Girl (from Bill Wyman) and Reelin' and Rockin'(both chess sessions). No exuses, they have enough interesting material (more than what was in the Beatles vaults) What about the early version of Steet Fighting Man? The Beggars Banquet version of Love In Vain? (

Looking at how many responses this one got, I would see dirty Work is not just a througaway record. If the production would be different (with Chris Kimsey for example) it would be better. But I still like the record!

Oh yes, there would be a messageboard even if the Stones stop excisting in the eighties. The music is there forever, enough to talk about. Look at boards from the beatles and other bands who stopped.

I have always liked the album. There are great songs on it, Hold Back for example has a very nice middle section where Jagger and Charlie are excellent. Nice solo too (Jimmy Page?) Harlem Shuffle worked very nice, One Hit great song, nice acoustic intro. Title song is great. Wish it was possible to remix all the tracks, so you could get rid of the horrible (and dated) Steve Lillywhite productio
