Thats probably the price to pay if you dont have the time and energy to meet them in other situations, even if it's more difficult nowadays than in the past. But the interaction you get is usually much better I believe than at a meet and greet.

So it seems they were both confused with the correct label "No Filter Pit", interpreting the "NO" litteraly, and also with the incorrect label on Ticketmaster tickets which called that category "Filter Pit"... What a shame. I emailed both the UArena and Ticketmaster, I do hope they take this into account.

In Barcelona there were anti-scalping controls that were well advertised before the show and were really enforced at entrance. When they scanned the ticket the purchasers name appeared on their terminal and you had to provide a matching photo ID. I havent read anything similar for Paris, at least for basic tickets (non package, non luckydip).

The explanation of the german pit prices is quite simple : the equivalent of the french seated carre or in germany is located behind the pit, where the fosse or should be. So the pit there simply had to be more expensive than those seats.
