Charlotte on a Sunday is Perfect for Football as Uptown(Downtown) offices are all closed. All available lots and Garages are used for Football parking as there is no parking lot at the Stadium . This being a Wednesday show the workforce population should be considered and light rail is now an option. Agree- As the show gets closer is when the decision should be made. Thanks

Atlanta had the best trifecta imo with CYHMK, You Gotta Move and Some Girls. This show also opened with Start Me Up , which I think set the whole crowd rocking off the bat.. I love JJF, but I think SMU gets to all ages and set the fire better as an opener. That old, packed stadium had a good vibe to it.

Tickets were a lot cheaper back then. You could cost justify being at the event to hear the band live. Remember , this is pre-music video days , All You had was the radio, magazines and your records. You would WANT to be at the concert (sitting anywhere) , and again it was very affordable. Some of My first early 80's concerts were $6.50 -$8.50 for a ticket.
