I could not have said this any better. Quotetriceratops QuoteTaylor1 Dave Stewart,Matt Clifford,Dave Grohl. For the last quarter of a century,Mick has been collaborating more with other mut than Keith in writing music. What’s left has been the live shows. It’s still great seeing the band live but they have been basically ban an oldies act for a quarter of a century The current Rolling Stone

Well however we look at their legacy I just hope it keeps going for a few more tours and if an album comes out great. Like many others here I am very happy that I have seen their most recent shows and I am content with that.

Any songs which didn't make it on this album are probably on Mick's solo album

Even though he only contributed on two songs it is the last album released while Ian Stewart was alive. I like the album and agree the title track was definitely the band trying a new direction. Undercover as also great live in 89.

Look at how many people still come to this website. If there was no interest in them the numbers would be next to none. They are labelled "The Greatest Rock N Roll Band" Do you think that legacy will change with a substandard album?

I try to keep an open mind with their newer stuff. I agree they are not the same as they were in the 70's and that they fell into the "fill a CD mentality". There are songs I like and more I do not listen to much. However there are some who like the songs I dislike and others who do not like the songs which I think are fantastic. So, I look at it like they are try

If this was an actual radio broadcast it would seem they would release it officially like they have many of the other concerts which were broadcast.

I think they should delete the entire Dirty Work album and replace with any unfinished tracks from the 70's. Harlem Shuffle and One Hit are ok to keep.

I was at this show as well. The band was never the same after this show. They definitely lost a step not having Stu play with them anymore.

I use to dislike the Dirty Work album when it first came out. Now I dislike it even more but like Harlem Shuffle after seeing it live several times.

Well my niece is 11 and she doesn't listen to Taylor Swift, Katy Perry or Miley Cyrus. She does listen to classic rock. Mostly Rolling Stones but a few others mixed in. Probably because she has been to 4 Rolling Stones concerts and developed a good taste for classic rock.

Keith and Ronnie both high 5'd me on the international PPV in 2012. I don't have a still photo but having a video is much better. You can also see a glimpse of me on the Hampton PPV in the front row.

I have a ton of Stones stuff on VHS. We used to take the VHS player with us and tape the news reviews of the concerts the next morning. May I should post some of the clips on here I know there are some good memories to be found.

I think we'll get a 40th anniversary remaster or deluxe box of this hopefully with some better editing. And the entire unedited indoor show would be a great addition. Quotepadre69 I’d love to get a BluRay disc of the movie, since the dvd runs way too fast. Unfortunately the only BR at the moment seems to be the Japanese version. Expensive and wrong area code.

Thanks Irix. I was at this concert and remember the video clip. However the clip I was mentioning in the movie actually showed a retrospective of the band. I should have been more clear. Thanks for the positive input. O2 Arena London, 25-Nov-2012, It's All Over Now - : ,

Thank you. I do not watch much television/videos so thank you for the input. Quoteyearsinthemaking I remember thinking there were some interesting clips back when it came out. Now all of those videos are available. I believe the '69 stuff is Ed Sullivan. Nothing from '73. '76 is from the Hey Negrita promo

I had not watched the movie in probably 20 years or more but decided to watch it last night. During Time Is On My Side they show older images and I was surprised to see they showed images of Brian and I believe this is one of the last times I saw them recognize him as part of the band. They have certainly left out Bill Wyman more recently. What I also noticed is there are several clips fro

I like the Hampton version as well and Bill is excellent. QuoteDandelionPowderman QuoteTurner68 I actually prefer this live to the studio version on Some Girls, which is weird because generally I don't think the Some Girl's sound translates well live. It is really great to have this cover song- after spending the 70s exploring reggae, disco, and mediocrity, they went all the way

I think we'l get some things like "Let's Spend The Night Together" expanded with some additional cuts or maybe a deluxe bluray with both complete concerts. Also "At the Max" is due for a reissue sometime. We may also get some of the broadcasts from 1981, 1989 and 1994 which shouldn't require much work to release. Many of the broadcasts are already circula

They sure did ruin it and I agree they should never play it again. "One of their all time weakest covers - wish I'd never heard it. Similar to how they ruined the Beatles' Come Together at Desert Trip, but in that case wisely decided to never repeat that mistake again".
