So it's one full year without a Stones show. Excluding pandemic 2020 I think it's the first such thing since 2012.

QuoteNICOS Found this ............ Legends Of Classic Rock The Rolling Stones and Eric Clapton at Granby Halls, Leicester, England on May 15, 1976, from the Black and Blue Tour. Eric Clapton performed "Jumpin' Jack Flash" and "Street Fighting Man". The concert was filmed by Thames TV for the "Stones On The Road" Special. He also played and sang lead vo

That would be hilarious if they oficially apologised for something that wasn't oficially announced.

Quoterollmops Do you mean that the first thing we ear when the song starts is the lead vocals with or without the music? "Neighbours" then. Rockandroll, Mops No, it means that the vocal starts at the first beat of a bar. So in case of 4/4 song you have 1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4 etc. and the vocal comes at 1. It may seem that if a song starts from the vocal it must by definition be at 1 but i

QuoteIrix Quotefranzk Well, technically they supported "Blue & Lonesome" in Europe in 2017 and 2018. They played 'Ride 'em On Down' and 'Just Your Fool' during their US Mini Tour 2016 - . I would hardly call it a tour.

QuoteRokyfan QuoteElmo Lewis Quotelem motlow Take it from someone who waited twenty three years to see them play Memory Motel, the last time they didn’t start a tour with a new album in the States was 1976. Errr, 2015, 2019, & 2021 - there may be others Continuing the complete misinterpretation of the original comment which was: Every time the stones release a new album, the support to

QuoteVoodooLounge13 I'm kinda shocked that they'd schedule Chicago, Cleveland, AND Buffalo all on one tour. With just 14 shows, those 3 are all in relatively close proximity to one another, leaving only 11 shows for the rest of North America..... Not that unusual. 2017 European tour had Amsterdam, Anheim & Dusseldorf which are close too + 3 shows in Paris. In 2022 it was Amsterda

Maybe it's something trivial? Maybe they want to release the new album before the tour and something got delayed? Vinyl pressing plants quees are getting longer these days.

BTW: I wonder if they always played Satisfacion intro before The Last Time or was it edited on the album for some reason?

QuoteJan Richards Most of the songs on this record were studio recordings with added screaming on top of the music. Only I've Been Loving You and Fortune Teller were studio recordings. However, most vocals sound like they were overdubbed. They're just too clean.

QuoteHairball First thought that came to mind - trainwreck. Love the original studio version with every bone in my body, but can't imagine them playing a worthy/cohesive version of it in their current state. It's fast and probably a bit too quirky for them to do it justice these days, and n fact according to setlistfm, they haven't played it since 1966. Can't see them t

Out Of Time was a wonderful highlight of 2022 tour. Why don't they try to play Have You Seen Your Mother Baby in 2023? I think it could be a great highlight too!

Any idea when new ticket drops for Europe? It seems that all Europe shows are sold out which I find hard to believe. Springsteen usually didn't have many sold out shows in Europe. And this tour is quite long by his standards. So my guess is that they blocked ticket sales for now and will release it later.

Well if your Hip Is Strong then You Got Yourself Rocking till Sparks Will Fly. I'm glad you avoided The Worst and hopefully meet New Faces when Moon Is Up. Be Out Of Tears and Go Wild, go buy a Brand New Car and with Your Sweetheart Together Suck On The Jugular and all get together and rock all night! You may be even Blinded By Rainbow, but... I think The Kinks are the oldest band that could possibly reunite in their 60s lineup. Altough not the original one since Pete Qauife died in 2010 but with John Dalton on bass.

I'm guessing that it's some kind of merchandise. If The Rolling Stones are really releasing new album soon it would be weird to release Mick's solo song now.

I think the most logical thing is Las Vegas residency instead of regular tour. Just think about it: with skyrocketting travel costs and gas prices it's way better to book 15 shows in Las Vegas and perform there with maybe PPV web streams instead of touring America or Europe in 2023. It would make sense for everybody.
