It might be strange, but I think, most of the time darryl plays punk-stile, not jazz or rockandroll. I mean, he plays only the ground notes of harmonies, nothing more. listen to start me up for example. bills fingers were moving, playing lines all through the song, darryl is satisfied with six notes. Kills the song.

why not compare MT and RW??????? Both have played lead guitar in the Rolling Stones. Ok, maybe its not fair to compare the 58 year old Ron to the Mick Taylor of 1973. But if you listen to MT these days, and compare, Ron still sucks. Taylor had even tonight no problem with CYHMK. He regularly plays that solo.

Would be sad. Like Queen. Only half of the originals are in the band, and still call themselves Queen. Why? I share Mick's opinion about Exile, not Keith's (According to the Rollong Stones, 2004). I think that's not a good album at all, bad studio work, many fillers, but of course some great tracks. Sticky fingers is the absolute highlight of stones-history.
