Dunno if anyone noticed it, but the bridge-position humbucker in Keefs Teles is just a joke, has nothing to do with the sound. Just look live licks: the knob is always in the high-position, so the guitar looks good, but what we hear, comes through the single coil.

well, its hard to answer, what the stones mean to europeans. There's almost no difference to US, when you look at western europe, but i would say, to a lot of people, who lived behind the iron curtain til 1990, the Stones really ment freedom.
