An oldie but a goodie: What's the difference between an Englishman and a Scotsman? An Englishman says "Hey you, get off of my cloud," while a Scotsman says "Hey McCloud, get off of my ewe."

Just in time for Valentine's Day: The 100 most romantic love songs of all time BY JIM FARBER Some may find them smug. Or sappy. Or at the very least overplayed. But the songs below have probably made more lovers misty than any music in memory. So how did we go about compiling this list of hand-holding odes? Eligible songs had to have endured at least a decade in the publ

Donnie Iris wasn't on the recording of Play the Funky Music but he did tour with Wild Cherry before going solo. According to Donnie's official site: The Story Donnie learned how to sing from his Mother and then from Tony Bennett and Marvin Gaye. In 1970, as a member of the Jaggerz, Donnie earned a gold record for writing and singing the No. 1 song “The Rapper.” In or aroun

Donnie Iris had another lesser known solo hit with "Love is Like a Rock." He was also briefly a member of another one-hit wonder band called Wild Cherry ("Play that Funky Music"). Donnie has recorded lots of great tunes but few have gotten any airplay outside his hometown Pittsburgh. Elmo Lewis Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Donn

I'm surprised that KISS has never opened for the Stones. It's pretty obvious that the Stones were a huge influence on them. KISS opened for Aerosmith a few years ago so I could see them opening for the Stones. I'm guessing they were never asked.

I don't know if they're necessarily terrible band names, but generic words like Kiss and Heart sure make it tough to find their stuff on Ebay. Young bands should probably take that into consideration in this new internet age.

Not sure if you can consider this to be "hellraising" but this story has been told many times: When Mötley Crüe opened for Ozzy Osbourne's Bark at the Moon tour in 1984, a gross-out showdown seemed inevitable. After snorting a line of ants, Ozzy upped the ante by urinating on the floor and licking it up. Crüe guitarist Nikki Sixx rose to the challenge and also peed, but Ozzy bea

"Theirs goes, 'Ding ding ding dingy ding-ding.' Ours goes, 'Ding ding ding ding dingy ding-ding.'" -- Vanilla Ice, 1990 It's that extra "ding" that makes a song like "Ice Ice Baby" different than "Under Pressure." Really, it's like comparing apples to a slightly different kind of apples.
