Imho with this one you dont have the "I was there" impression that other CC titles might give you. BUT it's certainly better than 95% of the tapes from the 08-09 tour. If like me you care both for SQ and performance this ACDC gig is imho again very average.

Hi Kees, I don't really know. I find this tour appaling in terms of performance (I compare them to the 1979 & the 1981 SB tapes I listen to - got them at Zomb) so I haven't collected recent tapes. This Zurich 09 tape looks OK though... Good luck!

When compared to the current crop of metal albums Metallica may pass as geniuses. But overall "Death Magnetic" is only average... And recent 07-09 Metallica shows are a disgrace. The plethora of SB tapes made available by the band are solid proofs. Listen to what they did in 1996 and you'll see what I mean... Best album of 2009? GONNA be Neil Young's "Archives"
