I don't remember being overly bothered by it. I find it far more annoying to have to peer over people who won't sit down.

Turn it around. Would you like to have seen the Dead NOT jam, and just do straight versions of their songs as they appeared on the studio albums?

Great band. Also brilliant on the Blow Up is Little Johnny Jewel. They still play, infrequently. If you get the chance, make sure to see 'em.

Interesting this is that Tom Scholtz is so anticoporate, and Boston were maybe the first Corporate Rock band. Whether you like 'em or not, the guy had a really good voice. And, my wife told him that she lost her virginity to More Than A Feeling.

Beacon Theater, 11/1/06. This may be my last one, because it was GREAT. A nice way to go out and retain all the great memories of 25 years of wonderful shows.

Two true greats. No vs. necessary. Thank God we still have Keith though. Music in NY was never the same after Johnny died.

Any good? My God, Jones Beach in 2003 was the greatest concert I've ever seen. The Stooges salvaged the Underground Garagefest at Randall's Island as well. Can't judge the new album by one song - I can't wait to hear the entire thing.

It may not make that much of a difference musically, but emotionally, wow, that would pack a punch.

That is very, very cool. Whether you like the man's music, or heavy metal music in general, it is really good to find an artist who cares about his fans enough to do something different and at least try to break the mold.

The best front man is not Mick, not that I don't think he isn't great, because he is. However, I think that the best frontman is Iggy Pop.

Not that the later period albums are bad, but I wouldn't recommend them over the earlier albums that featured the original line-up. These are the songs that earned Ray his reputation as one of the greatest songwriters in rock history. I HEAVILY favor these over the Arista arena rock years. To make a comparison, quality wise those favoring the later output is kind of like preferring the St

No offense, but dumb question. It is music, just maybe not to your ears. I'm sure that if you were to trace it back, there is a recognizable history, ie, roots influences, etc., etc.

What an awful, terrible song. An old girlfriend had it right when she commented that it sounded like a Coca-Cola commercial.

Don't deal with the fan club. Contact your credit card company directly, and tell them that the charge was not authorized by you. They will do the work a lot more effectively and with no headaches or push back from the Stones fan club organization.

After a certain point late in the 1970s Paul McCartney became know more as the leader of Wings than a member of the Beatles. Same sort of horror. Only thing about the rumored soundboard is, would Bear have been doing sound for everyone that day? The story sounds a little doubtful, especially since the Dead split before they ever played a note. But, obviously, there IS professional quality
