I read a few days ago she underwent surgery and all went well. She had thanked people all over the world for their prayers.I do hope these rumours of cancer are not true.

Should be a good one.More relaxing for Keith being at home than interviewed in a studio or bookstore. But then again he is the King of Cool anyway.

Must admit I have not heard of any on that 100 Club list, but they are all doing their bit.Shame the bigger names in music are not,(as far as we know).Great credit to the guys on the December 1st gig,but wouldn't it be nice if there was an announcement that several anonymous donations have saved the venue.

I was a kid of 12 at the time.David Jacobs and Juke Box Jury was a must see at about 6p.m. on a Saturday night. The Stones and the Beatles were the only all group ones(I think).Always had great 60's artists on the 4or 5 seats.''Hit or Miss' was the question and why.The Stones and the Beatles where the memorable ones but so many great people on that show. ><

You are so lucky to have won two! How did you and others win a programme? Was it a draw on the night or a competition you had to enter? Good luck to all the lucky winners. ><

You could call it a few things.A realy good piss-up would be one.A terrific booze-up would be another. One to avoid because you feel realy ill afterwards is............Getting absolutely legless and rat-arsed.Have a great time and enjoy yourselves today. ><><

If only some other well known wealthy supporters of the 100 Club would follow Frank Blacks actions.Maybe Mick,Ray Davies,Liam Gallagher and the other well known guys have given something on the back of their press announcemounts. We don't know, but a big thumbs up to Frank Black(if it is true).Read it a few days ago but just a rumour at the time. ><

Hi Sway...............I thought ''lager- lout'' was a U.K. thing and Europhiles didn't know too much about this U.K. sort of thing. They obviously do.Having a drink in moderation is a good thing, but having too much is not. I am pretty thick skinned and don't get offended by little things at all. Life is for living.

Thanks so much to all the contributors of pics and youtube videos.I am so glad that SDP has got some mention in some articles on the web and newspapers. When I first looked at reviews it was as if it was a Ronnie Wood/Mick Taylor fundraising gig.Thankfully a few more gave credit to SDP.Lets be honest...............it was his gig on the night and he got some mates to do their thing on the night.Goo

Great pics Paul.Love that one of the 3 Stones/ex-Stones together. How many times would you see that apart from a Stones tour. Was there fans trying for tickets on the door?Hope they did sell a few to keep up that old tradition. ><

A lager-lout back in England is a beer swilling, usually young(male or female)layabout.I am a middle aged Stones loving, lager (in moderation ) drinking ,have a good life guy.Love live music in a small pub or bar or a large venue(as long as I have good seats)and I am happy. ><

Completely agree with you. This is turning out to be an ''I love Keith more than you do thread''.A random draw for fans who want to enter would be the easiest and fairest thing to win a book, very kindly given to IORR by Addicted. We all love the Stones and I have changed my mind about entering.I have read the rules and I think I comply.I want to win because I love being a winne

Ronnie has probably already done the Shooting Stars gig.Should be worth a look on Boxing Day after a few beers and a bellyfull of cold turkey and leftovers.I think they did the BBC ''Christmas Top of The Pops Special'' in the studio about a week ago.

Let's hope my friend lots of people have seen that clip, and my guess is that they are obviously hoping for a swift and complete recovery of their son.Kirk and his wife are a very giving couple I reckon'.

Happy Thanksgiving all my American friends.Just seen a clip on English TV over here in Spain of Kirk Douglas and his lovely wife. This icon of the 20th- 21st century was serving food and hospitality at the LA mission. What a Guy!!!At 93, Kirk and his wife are so nice and patriotic to have given their time to the needy. ><

It would be a real shame if the 100 Club have broken that tradition of selling some tickets on the night. Many regular users of the club may have hoped for this option if they hadn't got a ticket.

At the moment just gonna go to the Killing Cancer gig on Jan 13th.Will have a few gigs hopefully before that.Rollin'Stoned at Sutton will be one,and a gig or two at my local, the Grey Horse in Kingston. Can't beat a bit of live music at a huge venue or a small pub. ><
