It´s in german and the webside from the local football-club Fortuna Düsseldorf. You can see all under "Abfahrt mit der U-Bahn (Underground - Straßenbahn). After all events all 2,5 minutes you can take a Straßenbahn (Tram) to the Main-Station.

I can confirm. There are many extra trains from the Esprit-Arena to the main station in Düsseldorf after the show. It works very well.
