Most of the major european cities and a few strategic sites in the US have fully covered 60,000 seat + Stadiums. Think Dallas,New Orleans, Stade De France, Millenium in Wales, Wembley, Etihad in Melbourne all indoor gigs..... Plus more than a few have all covered seating and signifigant pitch coverage.
