the Hyde Park Stage was supposed to be used at Adelaide (without the trees of course) and they claimed to bring it back in Oct/Nov for that date. However looking at the stage in Tokyo and Abu Dhabi it is like the Hyde Park stage but reduced to a minimum. Well if you won't pay the price you won't get the arena tongue pit simple as that. Don't forget that they can easily use those pa

support acts? Those times should be long gone except for festivals. I wanna see the Stones and that's it. And I will never get the point why being drunk or even pissed for a concert which you pay massive entrance fee and have to go to the loo during the 2 hours. This is what I found extremeley good on the arena shows. Just got it straight to the Stones and longer and better shows as well. I

Quotekleermaker But on every corner of any street there's a surprise. This is how to discouver real Rome. In 2007 we just had the 3 day pass for the underground (only 2 lines, but efficient) and we just stopped where th name sounded great. We found wonderful little restaurants ancient places where it seemed that no tourists have been around and it was full of Romans which you can't

QuoteMartinB Thank you all, let's hope that they are OK and that "early entry" is really early entry, that's my main worry. Which one will you go?????

QuoteMartinB Thank you, Grison. So you think that the early entry GA package with eventtravel is really early entry, is that right? Well it should work hopefully. In the US it was slotix.com which was responsible for the Tongue Pit package and it worked very well. You had a different line up, you stand in a queue and the ones waited for the longest and first had also the option for the best place

They are quite helpful and very reliable. But it is not a bargain indeed. Their seats are not always the best in the house, but you can phone them and ask about the section. If you want to be first in to the Golden Circle (there is NO tongue pit in europe) it might be an option. However, be aware that in some places during the Asian concerts (Abu Dhabi especially) the stage was so high that upfro

the most anxious moment was on November 25th 2012 when they came back on the arena stage for the first time after 5 years and some weeks were they had ended the ABB Tour in 2007. All the questions whether they would be capable to do a show, whether they could still play for 2 hours etc etc. All these questions vanished by the roar of their stage presence. This was one of the biggest Stones

let your dreams fly, but once again North America had its part and if they do anything to continue it might be South America.

I called Ticketet on that number and it took my quite some time, but they refunded ALL 5 concerts I intented to go. Also you should contact them by the Information given on the Website. All the staff at ticketet was very helpful and courtous. I did not want to risk to Keep the tickets as I do not know right now if we might be able to travel again. I did not have to sent in my original ticket

QuoteMoreFastNumbers QuoteHairball For all the $85 tix I bought for the US shows I ended up with shitty tix in the rafters, and that was the gamble I took. But.... That didn't stop me from self-upgrading at all of them. For one of them, I made it to the outside barrier of the pit. I know several people who got in the pit with their $85's, so it did happen occasionally. And

very easy, could have had all shows open for Lucky Dips. I never got that far during the US sales. Anyway, I hope that all who still needed tickets will score one.

In the US it was somewhat a 1000 tickets per concert. When you read the lines it might not be in the golden circle this time. But you never know.... Take a Chance.

1975 was NOT Black and Blue. It was Made in the Shade a greatest hits Album while Black and Blue was launched for the European tour in 1976

Quotebv QuoteGrison I miss the arena dates :-) wonder what they will tell about Mick Taylor. Waldbühne is of course an arena, also Telenor Arena with just 25,000 people. Two out of 14, then a few stadiums, then a few festivals. I think the info is pretty accurate. If they played 14 arena only shows in Europe then it would have been higher ticket prices and only 250,000 fans total who could s

Despite the fact of available funds to buy such VIP Tickets it is also a game of risk or take. First of all I was not lucky to get those 85$ tickets, however I was very very happy for those having the chance to see the Stones even as close as the tonguepit. The VIP experience as some may call it, is not VIP for food and flashy meetings. It was a group of people we met who saved money for maybe ev

Oh that would be great. November I could arrange again. I should have been also inline for Melbourne and all other Arena Shows. Well things Change. I must admit that both Ticketmaster and Ticketet were great with the refund. As it is just to long and I was not sure how it would work out I took the refund Option, as I would rather book again. So far I lost only a Little Money on the cancellation

QuoteTurd On The Run QuoteGangster-of-love Indeed, GC is far away from cheap and as far as I remember, I paid in 2007 240 Euros for the Frankfurt gig plus the 100 Us$ for the official pre-sale on rs.com. Frankfurt 2007 was perhaps the most frustrating and disappointing Stones concert I ever attended. They were literally giving away tickets for free at show time, the sound was pathetic, the cro

QuoteTE One thing to do for a daytrip is taking the "Norway in a Nutshell" trip. Just ask 'Lonely Planet'. It's a fantastic trip described here: It cost a bit and you will be spending around 16 hrs if you do it from Oslo. Had a look and it's 2,100 NOK from Oslo. Done it twice with foreign visitors and they loved it. We took it from Bergen once which is a bit

a totally other question to Norwegians or Osloans: We will stay from thursday night until tuesday. Hotel is booked. However would it be worth to rent a car for any excursions or should we only explore the City. Sundays seem to be very dead in the City. Who knows more..... Thanks for any advise.

QuoteWitness That is going to be a little difficult in my case, I have to admit. For to me this will be during the most intensive period of the year in my job, and, on the preceding day to the concert, the football team that I follow, plays at home against the league favourites. you tell me that the Rolling Stones play against your favourite Football Team???? Come on..... Set Priorities. This
