I do not want to stress anybody. But I have just noticed that some hotels already increased their rates on the rumoured dates in various cities. I made some reservations to keep the price. Despite that reservations with option to cancel are a bit more expensive you should do it that way. We never know what happens until end of May/June/July. We played save for Australia and did good as we were

We mostly rent a car and stay only for one night depending where the venue is. The drive from one place to another can be boring on the freeways or you take the longer way via normal Highway and stop at obscure places. Depending on where you go you should fly out of Europe to a major Airport. For example. I was thinking of Pittsburg, Milwaukee and Kansas City. The best Airport for us would be Chi

In Europe they had also the lucky dip tickets and despite the comment of Björnulf a lot of ticket agencies sold those for quite a long time after the concert has been called sold out. For Instance Oslo was open for about 10 days and Zurich even for more then two weeks in which you were able to get Tickets. I know that it did not work for other concerts as well. I can't recall how the luck

Quotewickerman QuoteMingSubu Who thinks that they will have Lucky Dip tickets again? I would say so for stadium/open air shows with loads of tix available. Might be more tricky with more intimate venues like Red Rocks but as far as I remember, all 2013-2014 shows had Lucky Dips (what about Singapore?)... To my understanding Singapore and Macau did not have Lucky Dips.

Quotewickerman I would say Red Rocks date will fall somewhere between rumoured Hollywood Bowl (28th May) and Milwaukee (23rd June)... From where did you source the 28th May for Hollywood Bowl?

QuoteIrix QuoteGrison I don't think they will realease only some dates and the rest later as there will be now multiple shows at one place. At least that is what I understand from BV I would say there are no multiple shows at one place according to BV's Post: . That is what I was actually planning to write, but the "W" just went in. Correct there will be NO mutiple shows.

Despite the tax due date, I am with Kahoosier and think that announcement will start beginning of April. However it could be also that there will be little hints on Twitter or Facebook before that date. I could also imagine that the announcement and presales starts all in one. I don't think they will realease only some dates and the rest later as there will be now multiple shows at one place

QuoteIrix QuoteKeefy Maybe an announcement later today........?? Or maybe tomorrow .... Is that new or from the old tour???? It seems a lot of information is from the last tour, except for the which is already about what we know.

So Rollingstones.com will announce the Tour mostlikely not before mid April, which would be more or less 6 weeks in advance when they did it in 2013 for the North America Tour.

Due to the change of schedule we couldn't make it to Australia. The European Shows 14 where good, but for me never came even close to the arena shows in 2013. I would judge Zürich and Berlin as the better ones in 2014. Still everybody has a different opinion. On the other hand the Stones gave on all the shows their very best. What else could be expect than a very nice evening. And most o

QuoteDandelionPowderman I've never seen the Stones in the US, but I'm gonna have to be extremely lucky if I can make it over there this summer... I did it twice, in 2005 and in 2013 and I do not regret any minute. Though I had a wonderful time in 2005 I would say that one of the best nights in the recent years have been in 2013. Despite of many who have a different opinion these sho

2012 = 2nd show in London, Though the first was already a blast 2013 = San Jose because of the guests Philadelphia 2, best show and not only the best but the longest with Taylor on Can't you hear me knocking. 2014 = Waldbühne as the most intimitate show in Europe A lot of good shows accross the old continent. Anyway I liked the US Tour better then t

QuoteNikkei don't know who's familiar with german magazine Der Spiegel, but according to them the whole Oz Tour has now been cancelled for a second time. by the sounds of it all you can expect from Jagger are cancellations nowadays. probably just bad reporting, on the other hand they have a track record in trying to put the Stones down. in the 90s, they made a serious case of accusing

I think one should know that if you are travelling nowadays to a Stones concert that one should think about holidays where you do other things as well and enjoy life. We have been very, very lucky in Springtime as we were able to cancel all existing reservations for Australia except the loss of some hundred $ for the ticket. However we always plan (I think BV does the same) other sightseeing and

To bad that the space has not been used around the tongue. A lot of interaction gets lost when only the tip of the tongue is really out in the audience. Surely this is not the Stones fault, but more a organisation / lay out problem of the organisation.

I think it always depends on the time span you attended already the concerts. For me the only song which they always played on every show was ........ You would not believe it........ Yes: Tumbling Dice. And that is since 1976. Close come Brown Sugar and Jumping Jack Flash. I did hear most of the songs live at least once which I wanted to hear. I am missing Far Away Eyes though. But what

Quotemnewman505 are those people all sitting down in the lower deck and mick is right in front of them on the catwalk? yikes! I complain about US audiences sometimes but this is really pathetic.....I guess I see a few people standing but not many...lame lame crowd.. Don't forget they are down under. If they do not stick to they seats the whole world would be like a tumbling dice. So they hol

Very interesting issue. The variety of songs comes with the numbers played on each show. OK during licks we had the 3 different show types but only limited to very few cities. Ther we had about 40 different songs to 60-62 songs played in total. During bigger bang the number of songs went from 21 on most US shows down to 19 in Europe and later US. So the songs skipped have bee from the latest al

Quotepaulywaul Yep, if the rumours about those two London shows in a BIG venue (I would guess that probably means Wembley Stadium, seeing as they've "done" Hyde Park) turn out to be true, then I would respectfully suggest that anyone who lives in Europe most definitely does not miss them then. As I suggested in the opening post of this thread, taking their ages into consideration,

We can wine about the setlist, we can wine about the stage, we can always wine about our own tragedys, however: Monday Night was a phenomenal start of the European Tour and once again the Stones proved to be ON FIRE. Mick Jagger was absolutely stunning. Forget about wrong Intros which by the way belong to the Stones since they've been born. Forget about the winers and welcome back to fabo

it is not the VIP seats. There would have seatnumbers. To may understanding those are sold. At least the ones which you did not buy via ticket agencies but you had to phone up in advance the number given.

Quotegotdablouse Weird, that looks like it was shot from the alley? Completely off center to the left anyway, from the front of T3 against the catwalk rail the view was perfect, unlike the same spot in AD based on the pictures posted above : Note the "wrapping" video screens on the side : If you call this a perfect you I am happy for you, but hey this is miles away fr
