Keith said it very clear that they are no close friends anymore. To me it seems that Keith can´t accept that Mick lives and thinks differently than he does, and is still a happy person. I think it is a difference if certain things are said in an interview or if they are written down in a book. Mick will be asked what he thinks about the book in the next interviews and then we will hear if starts saying what he really thinks about Keith or things that happened, and how Keith reacts to that, or if Mick will remain silent about that.
