Firstly,many thanks to you both for your help and offer to upload the vid. Funnily enough,by pasting the address into my browser,i was able to download to Real Player via the Real Player downloader plugin,so i got there in the end in a round about way.However without your advice i wouldn't have known where to start so thanks again.
