Quoteretired_dog Quotedcba QuoteReagan And a show from the 70 tour. But I really doubt there’s a professional recording of one of those. Acc. to Glyn Johns in hos book all 3 Paris gigs were taped with the Mobile studio but faulty gear made the recordings unsusable. Alright but sheer logic might say they fied the Mobile in England and shipped it back to Germany to tape the last gigs of the

We've had enough 'modern day' releases for a while. Let's have something from the 70s tours. 1970,72, early 73 and 76 not been covered yet (L&G doesn't count cos the sound isn't the best). Audio only is more than fine!

Thanks dcba! I'm listening to the 81 tour a lot at the moment. Hampton 19th is arguably a better performance than the 18th.

Hi all, are the DAC versions of the 1981 tour WV releases the ones to get or are all releases much the same in terms of sound quality? Thanks!

Why can't they release audio only concerts again? The vault must be full of shows we actually want to hear??

Yes I know, anything BUT L&G. Quotehockenheim95 QuotePaul Kersey Yeah sorry I meant an audio release. There must be something collecting dust on a shelf somewhere. It's available as an audio only release.

I still can't believe we don't have an official 1972 tour release. QuoteEleanor Rigby Is this another "archives" release? Another I won't bother with. For me, archives are concerts > 40 years ago. So many great shows sitting on the shelf.

QuoteMeise It might be true that all shows since Steel Wheels have been professionally recorded. There might have been brilliant shows since then, some of which were already released officially. But there are so many raw diamonds from the 1960s throughout the 1980s in the vaults - these are the shows I'm really interested in watching. There is no official release from 1970, 1973, neither f
