Very sad news about the passing of Buddy's piano player, Marty Sammon - he was a key member of Buddy's band for many years; passed away mid-OCT2022 unfortunately. Marty wrote a book, which had a forward by Chuck Lavalle.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their help / knowledge / guidance and assistance... your replies contributed substantially to me being able to be at Ford Field on Monday night --- it was AMAZING (something like my 25th or 30th show since my first one in 1994...) The crowd around me was singing along SO much... the Rear GA Floor (Section H) was AWESOME, the boys were EXCELLENT THANK YOU

Thank you all so very much for the info, this is great!! When do the 72-hours start counting down...? from when I get the test done, or from when the results are issued to me? If I'm driving (that is the plan), should I use the ArrivCan app...? (I don't think so...) Thanks for the tips about all the printing etc.!

Hi everyone; is there anyone from Canada looking to travel to Detroit for the show? (via car / land travel) I am lost in terms of the proceedures and what is allowed and what is not... I am double-vaxx'd, wanting to drive in for the show, and then drive back into Canada immediately after Please only looking for facts here; not opinions I get stuck in trying to understand the

Lots of passion and energy from these guys. They usually play a weekend (2 nights) of gigs in April, in Ellicottville (45min SW of Buffalo - where Bernard Fowler was prior to the Stones' last gig in Buffalo). Glimmer Twins certainly give it their all; the shows at "The Depot" are very high energy, and every one I've ever been to goes off the rails in the best possible w

Having seen them about 25~30 times since 1994, this was definitely one of the best shows ever!!! Gotta LOVE LOVE LOVE the shows where EVERYONE is on their feet, for the ENTIRE performance - the energy resonating between the crowd and band keeps going back and forth... STELLAR.

There's an incredibly magical Stones place in Ellicottville, NY (45min South West of Buffalo) called "The Ellicottville Depot". Bernard Fowler will be performing there on Friday, July 10th, 2015. Highly recommended - the atmosphere alone is worth the trip; but this being Bernard's 2nd time performing at this venue will make it extra special. Apparently the first time

Quoteflacnvinyl I am really just curious what the stage design will be. I hope they invest more in the PA system than the screens. Mick said that it would be a stage that was used in Europe (the one shown on Stufish's website) but hasn't been seen yet in North America. (in his interview with Rolling Stone magazine, April 2015)

Ladies and gentlemen, consider why the marketing machine is asking you for your zip / postal code... they want to know where the fans are located. For example, if they see that a couple of thousand sign-ups came in from Ottawa or Kansas City or Barcelona, they would then know that there's a serious interest in that area. I'm not sure how they could benefit from learning that there

QuoteTimeIs QuoteBig Al The Rocks Off setlist page specifies that there were no backing vocalists at this concert. Could this have been the very last gig like this? The next gig, the first official gig of the Steel Wheels tour, was the first with backup vocalists: Bernard, Lisa and Cindy Mizelle. But Bernard played on both Mick's tours in 88, and Lisa on the Japan tour. Bernard was on She&

Everyone IS being given wristbands tonight! This allows you to not have to enter the arena right away; you're free to go to a bar or whatever and can't get rid of your tickets because you're already wearing the wristband. We scored 100s, so we're pretty happy!!

In GA Line right now (6:30pm EST); tons of wristbands being handed out so far... We panicked when we got here, we thought they might issuing wristbands on a first-come, first-served basis... But line organizers have assured us that that is not case.

The #1 rule of concert photography - NEVER use flash!! gotdablouse, if you want to be able to shoot photos at a concert, get a camera which allows you to set your shutter speed (I'm pre

Does anyone know: What's the tune they're playing at the very beginning of this track... right before they hit the drums. Keith plays a little lick, and then makes a comment about 'having his hand in the old bag again' (laughter, drums, and pressure drop begins). So, what's that tune they're playing? It's driving me NUTS!! (lol) If anyone can provide an

Hi everyone! New joiner here, I love this place!! I'm sorry I don't have anything to contribute right now, hopefully I will in the near future. I was wondering if anyone had a chance to grab this one, and if so, if it can be re-posted... The link says that the original post has expired... Please and thanks so much!
