QuoteNilsHolgersson I think it's funny that Mick supports climate change protests and criticizes Trump for not doing enough to stop climate change, but on the other hand is constantly traveling the world in private jets and has like 16 houses, 57 luxury cars and 9 kids. If everybody lived like Mick Jagger we would need 307 planets. Hot political take.

I was being polite ! But I think Rip This was referring mostly to the performance and mix . There was nothing wrong with those . B&L was recorded and mixed like a "dirty, down home" Blues album.... ... but much of the potential beauty of this was lost in today's typical and hopelessly misguided mastering ethos. B & L.....I stand by my comment...they sound

Mayer surprised me...and so did Gary Clark jr....I liked Gaga too. Biggest disappointment was Mary J Blidge...I thought that she'd deliver a great GS...was ok....

whoever mixed BLUE & LONESOME did a masterful job...the songs jump out at you...they attack you....like the Stones used to attack...vibrant, alive.....urgent....hope the new record is similar in style. Obviously the public responded....thats how people want to hear the Stones.

QuoteHairball QuoteProfessorWolf QuoteHairball Hope Keith sings lead on a song (or two) on the new album. One of the reasons the Blue and Lonesome covers album suffered was because there were no vocals from Keith - not even backup vocals. oh wow i didn't even consider the possibility of keith not getting his two songs that would be a real bummer for me if the new album lacks at lea

QuoteIrelandCalling4 Love it, this summer I had Ronnie on a lot, rediscovering those first few in particular. Got My Own Album, 1234, and the wonderful Now Look. Hadn't heard Now Look in quite a few years and enjoyed the playing and songs immensely. Wonderful stuff indeed! ...isn't it?....RW is often overlooked for his many many wonderful gifts and contributions....too bad he hasn'

Quotepowerage78 I certainly do not dislike Keith. I appreciate Ronnie, the man, his good mood and his apparent simplicity. I don't like his inconstant and irregular playing (when you clown around and raise your arm every 30 seconds, it takes away from the rhythm and the density of the song, which Mick Taylor NEVER did) and I remain polite about his solos which often lead to nothing. it
