I was there for second Philly show which was rough. It was my first Stones show so I didn’t really care as much since the spectacle and experience was still amazing. They did sound a lot better in an arena that is conducive to such sound or at least more so than a 60 year old concrete colossus known as JFK stadium. I was back in Philly for Opening night in 1989. What a difference. The sou

Yes but I was at a show where Star Star did “win” the song vote. They played it and it was dreadful but still fun. I do think there is some spontaneity but clearly they rehearse the vote song many nights. The show I reference was Syracuse in 1998, the BTB tour the first tour of the vote. Go

I agree with Soul Survivor. I know Steel Wheels/Urban Jungle gets panned somewhat nowadays. Understandably, but at that time, it might have been one of their finest hours with a great setlist covering all eras at that time. Yes, it has not held up as well in comparison to Licks or Voodoo Lounge tours, but without this first all stadium trek, there is no fire breathing cobra on stage for Voodo

I have purchased the two shows I attended this year, NY (2) and Philly. I also have the Pittsburgh from 2021. They are framed and nicely done. Would I prefer a soundboard professionally produced recording of the show? Yes. Ronnie is a talented artist and there are some unique features to each setlist painting.

Absolutely 100% correct. Rambler is always a highlight if not THE performance of every Stones show it is played. I was at Met Life 2 and had no idea they were going to play it. This was a total surprise. Suffice to say I totally went wild as did 55,000 others. It was even better in Philly but not the surprise that it was in NJ. Rambler and JJF are absolute musts at every Stones show. Sympath

They’ll play for 115 minutes roughly so if the city has a curfew of 11 move the start time up by 30 minutes. Opening act concludes no more than 45 minutes after showtime. Stage is cleared and reset within 25 and then the typical wait of another 10-20 minutes

Was the Roundhouse in 1971 mentioned? It’s fantastic and my favorite. The others mentioned with Muck Taylor are a close behind.

Rambler was such a pleasant surprise last night. Started a bit rough but really ended well. Much better than Miss You although I am surprised at the replacement since Miss You seems to go over fairly well. Greatest surprise of the night full of surprises. A great show and it was an absolute blast!

No, they played Europe in 17,18, and 22. North America in 19,21. They will start in North America. Europe will get Springsteen.

Mick has always complimented Keith to the press regarding Ruby Tuesday. He has always liked this song and wish he had come up with it. I’m sure Mick added a few bits to that song like Keith has added to predominantly Mick songs. That’s what the Glimmer Twins do.

Exactly. NFL schedule drops in three weeks give or take a few days. Stones may already be in negotiations with some of these stadiums but waiting for final and public confirmation of availability based upon the NFL. Since most, but not all, of these stadiums house an NFL team, those teams have first priority on use of facility. As has been written before, Stones need nearly an entire week of

Ok. I'll bite and add my suggestions which are closely aligned with many others. 1. Brussels Affair 2. Ya Yas 3. Hampton '81 4. El Mocamo '77 5. Ladies and Gentlemen-Performance and setlist-not the subpar recording 5tie Some Girls over Texas. 7. No Security in San Jose 8. Steels Wheels in Atlantic City 9 and 10- Four Flicks-take your pick (MSG, Olympia, Twickenh
