Hopefully they’ll have the new craps tables and roulette games manned and operational. Let me know. I’ve got some extra cash burning a hole in my pocket. FYI, the best bar in the place is the L Bar.

Quotejjazznola69 Rainey Street is fine if you are young and don't care about music. I don't find it all that much different than Dirty 6th, just maybe a bit calmer. Here is a list of the best music venues and BTW, Jimmie Vaughan is playing at C-Boy's, the sister club of The Continental Club right after The Stones are over. C-Boy's Heart & Soul 2008 S Congress Ave Conti

This link is from The Austin Chronicle (free press) They show, basically, every act in every club in Austin for any evening. Check it out. It's very easy to navigate. Approx. 85 events listed per night. The Continental Club and The Broken Spoke are my favorite venues. Also the scene on Rainey Street is not to be missed. Tons of bars, restaurants, live music all in one easily wa

When does the Rolling Stones show start? The show begins at 7 p.m. with opening act Ghost Hounds. How do I get tickets to the Rolling Stones in Austin? Premium seats are sold out, but general admission bronze lawn tickets remain available for $98 via circuitoftheamericas.com. All tickets purchased for the May 24, 2020, concert will be honored. Where do I park for the Rolling Stones at CO

Was there twice this week. They have some amazing new Stones memorabilia on display : Mick's black military jacket from the Steel Wheels tour. A trippy Keith "sport coat" from the 70's. Brian's original white teardrop Vox guitar. Taylor's gold Les Paul. A white leather jacket of Charlie's and More. Very Nice.

Parking is plentiful, good and free but there will be some normal car lines before and after the show but nothing like a stadium show. Don't know about lyft and uber but they're probably fine. Renting a car would work as well.

Don’t be so damn cynical. Take this show at face value. A huge band in a small venue with tickets available to the general public well in advance. That’s fantastic. Yet many on this board are throwing stones. Metallica is playing there a little before the Stones but no one’s bitching about that. If you can’t afford the tickets then make more money. If you want to bitch at someone bitch at the pro

I don’t believe the HardRock has a “box office”. They direct you to Ticketmaster.

Quotewolundamo Yes, info about shuttle would be great. Hope, there will be one from the airport...and 3 golden circle at face value and I'm (almost) in heaven There won't be any "shuttle" from the airport that goes anywhere except local airport parking lots. Cabs and Ubers will, of course, be available. If you're coming in from out of town and don't have a car I HI

QuoteBFR QuoteBungo Dude, beaches are just a few minutes east. South Beach, Miami, is just 20 minutes south. The Seminole Hard Rock is an hour from South Beach, 49 minutes from Miami. Florida is a busted mess, but has some of the most beautiful beaches in the country. I'd hardly call an inland casino "the jewel of Florida" but if you do, cheers If you're riding a bicycl

There are several restaurants including the Bae Korean Grill which is one of the best restaurants and bars I’ve ever been in. They even have a live DJ in the restaurant. Not to be missed. Do not go gentle into that good night, Old age should burn and rave at close of day; Rage, rage against the dying of the light. that's about as good a use of that poem as I've seen. Exactly. QuoteWoz Not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but the Las Vegas show is now requiring masks worn for the entire concert, regardless of vaccination status. There's a new message shown when you look at tickets on Ticketmaster. This is the only show of the tour that is requiring masks for all. It's a requirement throughout Las Vegas. IE it applies to the casinos too Yeah, but the

The final episode was classic "Mr Inbetween". Loved the final scene.

Mr Inbetween is the best television show going. This is the final (3rd) season. I'm going to miss it greatly. Only 2 more episodes left. Any predictions? I think Ray will survive if only for future possibilities. There sure are a lot of characters hanging out there for only 2 half hour episodes left with commercials. Hopefully the finale will be an extended episode.

QuoteDGA35 QuoteShawn20 July 13, 1978 was life changing. Van Halen, Doobie Brothers and the Rolling Stones in the middle of the Some Girls tour. To see a young Eddie Van Halen burn the place down was incredible. The Doobie Brothers were also great - but the Stones were just red hot. Surpassed all of my expectations. Superdome! I was also at that show. (too big)

The guy definitely had a good run. But he was bat-shit crazy. He couldn't deal with life. He'll always be an interesting footnote in the history of rock -n -roll. I wonder if anyone will miss him.

The 10,000 is just a place-holder. He'll only get bids that are a fraction of that. I doubt he thinks he'll get that big price. But hey, something's better than nothing.
