Quotekeefgotsoul Here’s my lucky dip story for the Seattle show tonight... my friend and I went to the will call / lucky dip pickup window as soon as it opened. We were given wristbands, then got an envelope with our tickets inside. First level, side of stage. They were actually better seats than I was expecting. After Keith’s set we decided to explore the stadium to see the stage from other vie

Is this the first show of this particular tour with no song vote?

I’ll be seeing them in Seattle. I’d love to go to some of the other shows but simply can’t afford to. The tickets prices are insane in my opinion.

Quotekeefmick Good to see most people on here are still wearing their tinfoil hats! I got my official Rolling Stones Limited Edition tinfoil hat. It was $200 on their website.

I wonder if we’ll see Mick playing more guitar on the upcoming tour. That would require much less running around on stage.

QuoteTheflyingDutchman Every Stones song that has Jagger's voice on it sounds like the Stones, imo. So this list makes no sense to me. From one of the first paragraphs in the article: QuoteAny tune with Mick Jagger singing on it will inherently sound like the Stones, but these songs represent the band’s boldest leaps beyond their usual muddy waters.

Fugazi in 1990. No ticket, $5.00 at the door. First Stones show was in 1997 and ticket was $60.

“An insider suggested that Mick will 'recover quickly', but added that the mystery illness will be monitored and may require medical treatment, according to The Sun. An insider told the website: 'As happens ahead of every tour, Mick had a routine screening where something untoward was found. It is something that needs monitoring over the next month, and may require hospital

“A music industry source said doctors discovered Jagger had a health issue that needed immediate treatment as the band underwent their health checks for the tour. The source explained, “Each member of The Stones was assessed by doctors, it is standard procedure before a tour to make sure the performers are healthy enough, but the doctor found something while conducting Mick’s health chec

Quotekowalski The Stones should ask for more. They are living legends. Whoever wants to shake hands with the 4 remaining Stones should be ready to pay the highest price. Don’t give them any ideas or on the next tour they’ll be asking for souls!

The location of the seats aren’t even confirmed? The way it’s worded, they could literally be anywhere in the stadium and you wouldn’t be able to do a thing about it. Between 15 to 90 seconds meeting the band? For 35k? Yeah, it’s completely absurd but not at all unexpected. This would probably make Michael Cohl blush.

I love what Brian contributed to the Stones for sure. Everything I’ve read about his departure and what his plans were after the Stones seems like half baked ideas and not much else. Edit: and I know he didn’t have much time left after he left the Stones. I just mean he wasn’t a songwriter and in his condition at that time, I doubt his prospects of a new band were good, even if he supposedly h

I thought it was like a royal crowning, especially when they played Ruby Tuesday. 2000 Light Years From Home was mindblowing. When they played Midnight Rambler the last night they seemed to lock into this golden circle of guitars and bass and jus

QuoteThe Sicilian I saw them twice on that tour in Toronto. The first show outdoors at the CNE with The Stone Temple Pilots opening with an acoustic set, then in December at SkyDome with Living Colour opening. Best setlist I've probably ever seen. "One Hit To The Body", "2000 LYFH", "Undercover of the Night", "Play With Fire", Little Red Rooster&qu

I didn’t get a chance to see them live during the SW tour so my only exposure to it was the Live at the Max video. But from my understanding, it was the first Stones tour after the Mick and Keith solo albums and bad blood between them in the press. I was curious what you all think of it. Was it a “comeback” tour for the Stones or do people consider it the beginning of the huge corporate side of t
