How do you play a ZO1 file? Thanks

I like big drums. Drum shops generally don't have old stuff. To me, the second-hand stuff is part of the fun of drums. That natural kit that I use-that's an early Gretsch kit with the round logo on it.

You don't play it, you have to "unzip" (extract) it with "WinZip" file by file. After that you have two parts of ca. 650 MB which you can watch as you are used to.

Try 7-zip : it's free, unzip zip files and rar files

To everyone who cannot unpack and play those files:

1. You have to download ALL FILES

2. Then you have to start WinZip by opening (extracting) the following file:

Rolling Stones - 2005 10 10 - Video - Bigger Bang @ Philadelphia 1.zip

after WinZip has been started it will begin to extract the next files automatically:

Rolling Stones - 2005 10 10 - Video - Bigger Bang @ Philadelphia 1.z01

then

Rolling Stones - 2005 10 10 - Video - Bigger Bang @ Philadelphia 1.z02

and combine them to one file of ca. 650 MB which is the first half of the concert film.


With the parts 4-6 do as shown above.

YOU CAN'T RUN ONE SINGLE ARCHIV FILE in Windows Media Player or any other player!

Archiv files are not media files, you have to uncompress them first.

Thank you so very much for this video, Ludwig! I attended the 10/11 show, so now I will feel that I was lucky enough to see both! I do appreciate that you took the time to upload them all and provide instructions, as I never would have figured that out on my own! ; )

Hi Ludwig,

I'm glad you reposted these videos today. Due to some family issues that came up, it took me a while to get around to the unzipping process, but I followed your instructions as well as downloading the latest version of WinZip (11) and I still couldn't unzip them. : (

I may try to re-download these and see if that makes a difference. If not, I'd appreciate knowing if anyone else was able to open these and how they did it.

...put all the files in a zip-file and go to gigasize.com...and then just go from there...it's just one or two steps...depends on how you look at it...

Apprently my first downloads were corrupt, because I had no difficulty opening this latest set. I'm very glad you reuploaded them Ludwig and it was worth the wait. It's been wonderful to see this show! Many thanks.

No, there are only these four files. After unzipping them there should be two separate files of ca. 600-650 MB each.
It's the first time I heard that the files are not complete.
What do you exactly mean with "I ONLY
SEEM TO HAVE HALF THE CONCERT" (emphasis on "seem") ?

when i downloaded the four files ,i have these files and sizes 1.zip at 265mb 2.zip at 265mb 1.z01 at350mb and 2.z01 at300mb.when i have unzipped the files i only get 1 video file and it's size is 650 only, not the 1.2gb as on the post and the concert looks like it's the second half of the concert.i'll try downloading the files again. i'm probley doing somthing wrong.thank you

How do I combine the files.... I know, we all sound like idiots.........

The files combine automatically when you extract the files.

The link for part three doesn't work anymore. Can you please upload part three again? Thanks.
