Question On Converting A Torrent File To WAV
Date: October 2, 2006 20:21

How is it done?Any recommendations?I have the U Torrent program which I used to download a torrent file (the Giants Stadium show from last week) but,how do I go about getting the file onto cds in lossless or WAV format?Someone mentioned something about a program called foobar but,it only seems to play the standard files and it doesn't seem as though it converts or plays torrent files.Maybe I got the wrong version?Any help is appreciated.

you have to use flac plugin to play flack files in your player. the best player is Winamp 5.xxx (f.ex. 5.24)

here you can get FLAC plugin for winamp for free:

to coverting files you can use : FLAC Frontend (freeware) FLAC to WAV files

or

Easy CD-DA Extractor (software) - very good (every audio file to every format)

it's very easy.

I use FLAC Frontend to convert flac to wav, so I can burn it. Foobar is used only to play flac.
