The 1992/93 American shows
This is a series dedicated to Keith Richards’ shows with The X-pensive Winos in the US, Argentina and Canada in late 1992 and early 1993.
A big thank you to all the people who recorded these shows and who shared them and to my two accomplices nzb and Jaap (Stonesmuziekfan) who gave me the benefit of their versions of these shows and their advice and support ... and therefore without whom this project would not have been possible.
Line-up: KR (gtr, voc)/Steve Jordan (dr, bass, bvoc)/Jerome Smith (bass, bvoc)/Ivan Neville (keyb, perc, bvoc)/Waddy Wachtel (gtr, bvoc)/Sarah Dash (voc)/Bobby Keys (sax, perc)/Babi Floyd (bvoc, perc)

For this show we have two sources.
Source #1 was posted by Kingrue at The Traders Den, it’s a very good recording only a little distant. Some sequences are lost (the first seconds of “Something Else” and the beginning of “Before They Make Me Run”).
Source #2 comes from nzb: it’s a little hissy but very good and it runs at good speed: but 4 tracks are missing and some banters is edited out.
I decide to combine both sources to get a more complete recording.
Because source #1 is well circulated while nzb’s version is rarer I decided to use source #2 as base, completed by the Kingrue version.
Kingrue runs much too slowly and must be accelerated by around +2% (it depends on the tracks).
For the band intro, several fragments were edited so I decided to use only source #1.
I am presenting also a merged/mixed version from both recordings (see Vol 10b).
All recordings are declicked and I reworked the transitions between the tracks that now start with the song.
As usual all the infos are coming from Nico Zentgraf's Rolling Stones Complete Works Database: [
